This series of animations, made while on the Newmark Knight Frank National Research Team, uses simple and clean illustrations. This series is used to highlight quick facts about Newmark’s quarterly research reports.
I have worked with the Buffalo Fanatics—the largest fan-based Buffalo Bills fan community—to create a series of graphics for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. I have created an assortment of posts for gameday, announcements, events, infographics, and illustrations. Cumulatively, my posts have created 50,000+ likes, shared by athletes including LeSean McCoy and Aaron Williams and picked up by major publications including USA Today.
During the final year of my undergraduate studies, I partnered with a start-up named Bangarang Books, , a AR/VR- focused content creator and developer. My services included brand naming, logo design, and web design; I also served as the company’s web director from its inception. Bangarang Books transforms the way children develop reading, listening and comprehension skills through their unique multimedia interface.
This series of E-Blasts we're sent over the course of 6 months to help bolster leasing activity at the property. Each email highlights a different amenity, using different colors and graphics while maintaining the brand identity.
I created PulseFit as a business idea to help people simplify their nutritional and health goals. All elements—branding, icons, app interface, and intro video—we’re created and directed by myself as part of the business pitch.
My relationship with Sahouri began in 2011 in the form of a high school internship. In the years since, I have collaborated on a series of projects, both digital and print. Among the more serious undertakings was the design and development of their website I helped to produce in 2015.
I created this video to display the capabilities of my marketing team at Newmark Knight Frank. Combining elements of animation, videography, motion graphics, and graphic design, the video displays the diverse skillset I posses on the team.
Since 2013, I have helped provide design, photography and social media services to the Antiochian Village, a summer camp located in Western Pennsylvania. The bulk of the work comes in the form of online content creation on Instagram and Facebook, in addition to various print projects.
This short time lapse video, paired with simple animation, was created for use on LinkedIn to promote the sale of 8508 Leesburg Pike. The goal was to display the high traffic counts in front of the retail property, on of the main selling points of the investment.
These layouts are part of a marketing brochure used by NKF Capital Markets to sell Ellsworth Place, a 350,000-square-foot, six-story, enclosed shopping mall in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Every element in this, from the illustration to the map making, were done from scratch. This layout helped forge a new identity for the newly renovated property.
This book was used in a marketing campaign to help lease out this 487,775-square foot, three-building complex in Tysons, VA. The modern, crisp look was crafted to sell TDP as a community friendly, new-age work environment.
NKF Thought Leadership is a series of publications created to display the findings of Newmark Knight Frank's National Research Team. Using illustration, clean text hierarchy and quality imagery, I was able to help revitalize the look and feel of this series.
This brochure was a great opportunity to display the vibrant and bustling Chinatown neighborhood in The District of Columbia. I incorporated bright, saturated colors with bold typography to help highlight the exciting amenities around the property.
This style guide was created as a part of a marketing suite, along with E-blasts, a brochure and a marketing budget. I had the opportunity to develop a full branding and style guide, and using the book to display it in a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing layout.
This infographic was created as an end-of-summer mail-out to help fundraising efforts for Antiochian Village camper scholarships. I combined a cartoon like illustration technique with bold type-treatments to highlight the summer statistics in an entertaining, informative fashion.
This enormous wall graphic was posted at the property for clients and potential tenants. This bold, saturated graphic remained stylistically consistent with other vibrant marketing materials that were produced.
These shirts, among several others, were sold in the camp bookstore, available to camp, staff and visitors of the property. Although varied in style, the designs maintain the camp’s approachable and kid-friendly brand.
I created the logo and menu for a Buffalo, NY-based food truck. The truck boasts a Lebanese-Polish-Italian-Korean fusion, so I incorporated each nation into the menu. The project was a huge success, as Ms. Judi's was featured as one of the exclusive Buffalo Bills Food Truck vendors at all 2017 home games!
This calendar was designer and printed as a gift to my boss. I paired a minimalist type treatment and illustration with strong, saturated imagery, creating a balanced and aesthetically pleasing product.
Olè 90 is a urban streetwear clothing line, inspired by soccer and minimalist-chic lifestyle. At the company’s inception, I was tasked with design creation and overall content-supervision. In addition to the logo, I created the first series of illustration heavy shirts that would be featured on the company's site.
As a result of a class wide competition, I developed and designed marketing materials that would be incorporated into a multidisciplinary study at GMU. These ads were posted at recycling bins across campus as communication and science students observed how the materials impacted students’ decision to recycle and recorded their responses.
I had the opportunity to rebrand the Gaza 5k, a fundraised hosted by UNRWA USA to help Palestine refugee children and families in Gaza impacted by psychological trauma. Working within the brand standards of UNRWA, I produced this shirt that is now worn by thousands across the country who have participated in the 5k.
This flyer was produced as a part of Wendy's restaurant rebranding effort. Representing several Wendy's restaurants across the Mid-Atlantic region, NKF wanted to create a co-branded piece that marries the brand of Wendy's with Newmark.
I draw pictures for a living and I love it. I grew up with a bucket of crayons in tow everywhere I went — recently graduated to a Macbook. Sports enthusiast and lifelong member of #BillsMafia. Social justice advocate. Part time barber. I try to add at least one new stamp to my passport every year. The soundtack to my life is a cross between Erykah Badu and Kendrick Lamar. Whether face to face or on social media, my aim is to leave people smiling.
